We are a quality children's day nursery based in Bottesford, Scunthorpe. The nursery provides childcare for children from birth to 5 years of age.
We are open from 7:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday all year round (except bank holidays).
Moorwell Miracles' aim is to provide a happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop at their own pace.
All children are respected for their uniqueness in an environment that promotes diversity and inspires individual talents and interests.
The nursery encourages freedom of choice of indoor and outdoor pursuits, raising the aspirations of each child in preparation for future learning.
In a recent Ofsted inspection we were rated as "Good". Our report is available to read on the Osted website http://reports.ofsted.gov.uk. We also have a 5 Star Environmental Health Food Hygiene rating.
This guide offers advice as to what parents can expect from the EYFS Framework and how they can best support the development of their child throughout the important Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (age 0-5 years), as well as preparing their children for their future learning and development.
This template has been compiled by ‘4Children’, a national charity for children and families.
The Childcare Choices website provides information on all the different ways the government can help families with the cost of childcare.
It includes 15 hours free childcare for 2 and 3 year olds, 30 hours free childcare for 3 year olds, tax-free childcare, tax credits, universal credit, childcare vouchers and help for those that are in education.

Covid-19 Update: We are open as normal to all families, but we have extra safety precautions in place to protect children, staff and parent/ carers. To find out more read our COVID-19 Guidance.
At Moorwell Miracles, we understand that parents are the main educators of their children. Therefore, we work in partnership with parents to share learning at nursery and at home. We do this using an online app, where parents and practitioners can share observations of their children's learning with each other.
The Famly app, can be downlaoded onto any smart phone or device and it is really simple to use. We will use it to keep you informed about your child's development. Practitioners can also record sleeps, meals, activities and toileting on the app and you can send your child's key person messages.
